Here are a few guidelines that will keep our product clean and nutritious:

  • Always wash your hands, counters, equipment, cooking tools often. Wash hands in warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Wear clean clothing or an apron as needed.
  • You may want to wear a head covering, hat or tie your hair up/back.
  • Be careful with hot pans.
  • There is no 5 second ruleā€¦if it falls on the floor, it must be discarded!
  • When packaging bread, use tongs or wear gloves.
