About the Project

 

 

This project models itself after a bread project in Washington state and includes support from the following:

• • Rio Salado College thru the Cafe @ Rio, Sustainable Food Systems Program
  • Tempe Community Action Agency (TCAA)
  • East valley residents committed to providing homemade bread to the food insecure in Tempe and beyond.
  • The first phase of the program to with weekly deliveries of homemade bread to the TCAA Oasis Center and selected Interfaith Homeless Emergency Lodging Program (I-HELP) locations.
